Joe Paolucci
Owner and Program Director
Coach Joe Paolucci is the founder, owner, and program director of the South Shore Patriots, established in the summer of 2021. A lifelong contributor to amateur baseball, Paolucci brings nearly 25 years of coaching, leadership, and player development experience to the field.
As a player, Paolucci attended Northeastern University from 1994 to 1998, serving as co-captain during his senior season. His post-collegiate career has been marked by excellence and dedication to the sport. He was inducted into the Cranberry League Hall of Fame in 2019, recognized for his outstanding contributions as a two-time Manager of the Year (2003, 2007) and as league commissioner from 2007 to 2019.
Since 2019, Paolucci has served as commissioner of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League (FCBL), where his leadership has helped propel over 200 players into the Major League Baseball Draft — including four first-round selections.
At the high school level, Paolucci has been the head varsity baseball coach at Weymouth High School since 2015. Under his guidance, the Wildcats captured Bay State Conference Championships in 2023 and 2025, with Paolucci earning Bay State Conference Coach of the Year honors in 2023. His program has produced 11 college baseball players since 2021, including Division I standouts Jack Doyle, Sean Zaslaw, and Jack Reyes.

Jack Doyle
Program Coordinator and Lead Baseball Instructor
Jack grew up in Weymouth and was a 3 sport varsity athlete all four years at Weymouth High School. There, he played baseball for Coach Paolucci and earned a scholarship to play division 1 baseball at Northeastern University.
At Northeastern, he helped transform the baseball team into one of the top programs not only in New England, but in the country as well. Jack’s last two years at Northeastern, he hit .274 with 12 homeruns, 58 RBIs, and maintained a .390 OBP. In his senior season, he played a major role in leading the huskies on a 27-game win streak (longest in the nation), helping them reach a national rank as high as #18. Northeastern captured the CAA Championship as well as the school’s first NCAA Tournament win in 55 years.
John Graham
Hitting Director
One of the best baseball players the South Shore has ever seen, Coach graham serves as our Hitting Director, and is a member of our 18u Team’s coaching staff. After a phenomenal career at Abington High School, Graham attended UMass Dartmouth, where he became one of the program’s most decorated players of all time.
He was a 3x All-New England and ECAC First Team member, the ECAC Player of the Year in 1992, and a 2x Division III All-American. He finished his career at UMD with a .411 batting average, 25 homeruns, and 160 RBIs. Such eye-popping numbers lead the Red Sox to draft the Abington native in 1993. The following season, Coach Graham was presented with the Lynchburg Red Sox 10th Player award.
Kenny Tocci
Head Coach 11U & 17U – Pitching Instructor
Kenny Tocci is a highly accomplished high school baseball coach with a long record of success at the varsity level. He spent 15 seasons as Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Silver Lake Regional High School from 2007–2022, where he won over 200 games and built one of the most consistent programs in Massachusetts. His teams qualified for the MIAA tournament 12 times in 14 on-field seasons, including 12 consecutive appearances excluding the lost COVID year. Tocci was named the 2016 MIAA Gatorade Baseball Coach of the Year after leading his team to the Division I South Sectional Championship, and he guided Silver Lake to six Patriot League championships from 2012–2016 and 2019, finishing runner-up in 2017 and 2018. He also led his program into history as a participant in the inaugural 2014 Super 8 Tournament, winning the very first Super 8 game with a 9–3 victory over Braintree.
Currently, Tocci serves as the Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Westport High School beginning in 2023, where he has already led the program to qualification for the RIIL Tournament. Throughout his career, he has coached the 2016 Gatorade Player of the Year, seven Patriot League MVPs, and helped numerous players continue their careers at the collegiate level. He also previously served as the General Manager of Kingston Post 387 Legion Baseball. Most recently, Tocci coached Nolan Hughes and Steven Quigley, both of whom were selected in the 2024 MLB Draft, further cementing his reputation for developing high-level talent and fostering long-term success on and off the field.
Will Greer
Lead Pitching Instructor
Coach Greer joined the Patriots staff in the summer of 2024. The Cohasset native brings a wealth of playing experience to the coaching scene. In high school, he attended Roxbury Latin. After a strong high school career, Greer became an integral member of the Bucknell University baseball team. With the Bison, he was selected to the All-Patriot League Second Team in 2022.
At the conclusion of his four years in Lewisburg, he was presented with the John F. Zeller Award for his outstanding contributions to Bison athletics, exemplifying the best of Bucknell in the manner that John Zeller did in his 68 years with the university. Greer later attended VCU as a graduate student, where he was a member of the Rams team that captured an A-10 Championship.
